Fish Curry with Okra

Okra/ Bhindi/lady finger you named it. It's always delicious with every meal. I like my Bhindi in Indian cuisine 'cause I can explore into more style of cooking. I cooked this indeed very simple yet full of flavors. Plus my husband is Punjabi so he definitely enjoy Indian cuisine more.

Custard with Creamy Sauce

When I was small my mum often makes this for tea time or after dinner. It's cooling and topped with a warm creamy sauce, which it gives an amazing taste! Totally own it.

I decided to bring back to this simple yet delicious custard for teatime today. Plus, I was having friends over to help me with some works.

Making custard wasn't that hard and it less than an hour to prepare everything.

Funfetti Waffles

So finally I make the attempt to prepare the waffles. I bought like two months ago and haven't tried it yet. Now from time to time I or my mum either we will prepare something for teatime. Just keep ourselves active.

This is my first time making these; and the method exactly the same like preparing your pancake batter. Which is easy peasy and doesn't take much of your time.
