Tilapia Sweet & Sour

Tilapia's is one of our favourite fish at home. I love the freshness I get from it. It taste great when you baked, fried or steam.

This couple of weeks I've been cooking sweet&sour dish. Just got addicted to the flavors and little boy enjoys it very much.

I was informed by the doctor I've 3 weeks to go after this I will be off from blogging until further noticed.

This recipe is actually simple and delicious if you use all the correct ingredients.

Dash of turmeric powder
Dash of salt

Oil for deep frying

* coat the fish with turmeric and salt. Once the oil is hot add the fish in. Cook through until the fish turn crispy. Transfer into the plate

2 fresh tomatoes, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 onion, diced
2inch ginger,slice thinly
1 stalk lemongrass, cleaned and smacked it.
4 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp oyster sauce

Method:

* Use the oil from the frying fish earlier but only quarter of it. When the oil is hot add in the onions, lemongrass and ginger. Stir until it brings out the fragrant.
